Who does the $150 entry fee go to or go towards besides the $20 one day pass? Is it being donated or is it a fee to someone? Thank you!

Got my tickets to Reefapalooza my first time coming down there I’m from Cleveland Ohio. Interested in the go cart and donating as well is there any openings still
